Welcome to Wellness OS. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Description of Service

Wellness OS is an AI-native adaptive wellness platform that provides tools for tracking and managing daily supplement protocols, nutrition, wellness practices, and advanced health modalities. The service includes personalized protocol generation, cross-pillar intelligence recommendations, food-supplement interaction analysis, and health data integration capabilities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wellness OS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wellness OS.

    IMPORTANT — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: Wellness OS is an informational and tracking tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The supplement recommendations, dosage suggestions, nutrient-interaction alerts, practice recommendations, and any other health-related content provided by this application are for general informational and tracking purposes only.
  

You acknowledge and agree that:

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying any supplement regimen, diet, wellness practice, or health protocol
The application's recommendations regarding supplement timing, dosage, cycling, and interactions are based on general research and may not be appropriate for your individual health circumstances
Genetic variant information (MTHFR, COMT, etc.) displayed through health data integrations requires professional interpretation and should not be used as a sole basis for health decisions
Advanced modalities including peptides, IV therapy, and regenerative medicine should only be pursued under the direct supervision of licensed healthcare providers
Food-supplement interaction alerts are informational and may not capture all possible interactions with your specific medications or conditions

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Wellness OS, you are responsible for:

Ensuring any supplements, foods, or practices tracked in the app are appropriate for your individual health needs
Consulting with healthcare providers before acting on any recommendation generated by the application
Maintaining the accuracy of information you input into the application
Backing up your data regularly using the export features, as data stored in browser localStorage may be lost if you clear your browser data
Using the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Supplement & Health Product Information

Wellness OS provides information about dietary supplements, health products, and wellness practices. You acknowledge that:

Supplement information including dosages, mechanisms, and interactions is compiled from publicly available research and may not reflect the most current scientific evidence
Individual responses to supplements vary significantly based on genetics, health status, medications, and other factors
Brand recommendations within the app are for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsements
Affiliate links, where present, are disclosed and do not influence the health recommendations provided
The FDA has not evaluated statements about dietary supplements within this application

6. Health Data Integration

When you connect third-party health data sources (Viome, Function Health, 23andMe, Oura, WHOOP, etc.), you agree that:

You are solely responsible for your relationship with those third-party services
Wellness OS is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party platforms
Health data integrations are processed locally and used only to personalize your wellness protocol
Disconnecting a health data source will remove its influence on your protocol recommendations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Wellness OS — including its design, supplement knowledge base, interaction engine, and intelligence algorithms — are owned by Wellness OS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Wellness OS, its creators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to adverse health effects from supplements, foods, or practices tracked or recommended within the app.
  

You expressly agree that your use of the application is at your sole risk. The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wellness OS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Data Loss

Wellness OS stores data locally in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:

Browser cache clearing or localStorage deletion
Device loss, damage, or theft
Browser updates that affect localStorage
Using the application in private/incognito browsing mode

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Wellness OS at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
